About Twisted & Wired
I love the freedom of wire wrap and weaving. All wrapped and woven pieces are cold-connected, meaning without the use of heat and solder.
Eco-Friendly
Many of my pieces incorporate found objects, such as shells, sea glass, and driftwood.
Organic
Twisted and Wired features jewelry designs that deviate from the norm. I let the stones speak to me before I wrap. My signature pieces are one-of-a-kind.
Natural
I use sterling and fine silver, gold fill, copper and brass – nothing coated. Unless otherwise noted, all stones and pearls are genuine.
Shipping and returns
Standard Shipping & Handling Charges: All orders for items that are in stock are shipped within 7 business days after we receive your order, unless items are out of stock. We will notify you if your requested item is out of stock. Please provide the recipient’s telephone number on all orders. Please contact twistedandwired@gmail.com for any interest in international shipping and rates; customs and duties are applicable towards purchaser.
We ship by UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE/post office, Priority Mail with tracking. $7.90/small box, $14.35/medium box. Combined shipments: To avoid an additional shipping charge please contact the studio directly to place another order if an online order has already been placed.
Overnight Shipping: If you’d like overnight shipping, please place your order before 11 AM (California time) and we will make every effort to ship in-stock items the same day or the following day for overnight delivery on the next business day. Please check our “calculate shipping” button to view the cost of shipping. One of our representatives will notify you if your item is not in stock.
RETURN POLICY – Our policy is simple: if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, contact the studio within seven days of receiving your item and inform us of your discrepancy. The purchase price of the merchandise will be credited back to your original method of payment minus shipping cost and a 5% return/restocking fee will be applied once the item is returned. Returns will be assessed depending on the purchase in question. Special/custom orders are not returnable.
SALE ITEMS – All pieces discounted and or on sale are non-returnable-all sales final, sale prices depending on availability subject to change.
REPAIR POLICY – If you need one of our pieces repaired please contact us for further assistance.
All repairs will be made on a first-received, first-repaired basis and will be returned to you promptly.
